HoneyBook’s public pricing (Aug 2026) starts at $29/month billed yearly, with card processing around 2.9% + 25¢ and Instant Deposit as a 1% add-on. That is a fair price for a US creative workflow: leads, proposals, contracts, scheduling, a portal.

It is the wrong product if you quote reverse charge, collect a deposit on your Stripe, and wait for GREENLIT before you start. Greenlit is €12/mo or €120/yr. Greenlit takes none of the deposit. There is no pipeline and no e-sign. Tools like Bonsai or PandaDoc are a better fit if you need the full back office.

Choose HoneyBook if your clients expect a branded portal and you sell in dollars to consumers. Choose Greenlit if the job is: send the offer, take the exact deposit, start when it is funded.
